1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using BizScan Card Suite AI (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

BizScan Card Suite AI provides business card scanning, digital contact conversion, contact storage, optional AI enrichment, and subscription-based premium features. Some features require an internet connection.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the App.

4. Account and Data Accuracy

You agree that information you scan or submit is accurate. You are responsible for the confidentiality of data stored on your device.

5. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, distribute, or use the App for unlawful purposes.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require auto-renewable subscriptions.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
Renewal charges occur within 24 hours of the current period ending.
Subscription management is handled through your App Store account settings.
Refunds for partial periods are not provided.

7. Free Trials

If offered, free trials provide temporary access to premium features. At the end of a trial, the subscription converts to a paid plan unless canceled.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content you scan (“User Content”). You confirm you have the right to store and process such information. We process User Content only to operate the App. We do not sell User Content.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy:

10. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the App for spam, unauthorized contact harvesting, unlawful activities, privacy violations, or interference with the App’s functionality.

11. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, graphics, software, and text in the App are owned by B-Health Ventures LLC or licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free performance, or accuracy of scanned data.

13. Limitation of Liability

B-Health Ventures LLC is not liable for data loss, inaccurate scanning results, device damage, business losses, or indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold B-Health Ventures LLC harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it.

16. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
